	Cantabria, as a region within The Green Spain, offers to its visitors natural, historical and cultural environment that do it essential to visit, and the region of Liébana, under the dominion of the Picos de Europa´s eastern massif, is one of the most beautiful and calm of the mountain. In this privileged setting and crossing the gorge of La Hermida is situated the little village of Aliezo, where are sited the Apartments La Fragua, Cantabria Rural Houses.
La Fragua is a typical Cantabrian country house, old Venta de Tama, restored and rehabilitated according to the architecture and original materials like stone and wood; it is located in an environment where spectacular views of the Picos de Europa are seen from, with green areas, a water fountain of natural spring and parking, offering all the mod cons for a calm and natural stay.
	It has 6 apartments with independent access from the outside terrace, fully fitted kitchen, private bathroom, television, heating and (except nš 2) fireplace of firewood. The Apartments nš 1, 2 and 3 are studios of two seats; nš 4 and 5, with a room and a spare bed in the sitting room, for two or four people; and nš 6 has three rooms with the possibility of two spare beds and capacity for six or eigth people.
Our excellent location puts the Rural Houses La Fragua in a strategic point to make numerous cultural and natural routes, since they are only two kilometres from Potes, Liebana´s capital and departure point to go to Fuente Dé, The Cares´s Route, Monastery of Santo Toribio....; and also to enjoy a day at the seaside 40 kilometres away. Moreover, the area offers to practise numerous activities, such as hiking, riding routes, 4x4 in the mountain, mountain biking, canoeing, rafting, fishing of salmon and trout....
