The establishment was opened to the public in 1944. The owner, Angel Terán, continues to offer its customers the family that has always distinguished the establishment. In front of the kitchen is his wife, Magdalena Morán. |

In the extensive menu entries can be tasted as croquettes, Boron, jerky, pork, or a delicious table cheese Liébana with Protected Designation of Origin. Between the first and second courses is the cocido lebaniego, the mixed vegetables, peas and ham, the milt, chops and chops, tenderloin and peppers stuffed with meat or fish from the Bay of Biscay. |
