Recovering the name from the Cantabrian mythology, where the "Anjana" was the good and nice fairy, and using traditional stills and methods for the distillation of their "orujo" (spirit), Diosanjana produces their "Aguardiente de Orujo" in Potes.

Diosanjana guarantees that its premises and the distillation procedures fulfill government regulations, as well as the high quality and characteristics of all their products.

HARD SPIRIT "DIOSANJANA"

HARD SPIRIT DIOSANJANA

Alcohol content: 50% Vol.
It´s the basic product, obtained by direct distillation, from the skins and stones of grapes after pressing. Comes with a mild taste and good palate. Sipped at room temperature or in a chilled glass is when the orujo´s flavour can be best appreciated.

CHERRY LIQUEUR "DIOSANJANA"

Alcohol content: 31% Vol.
Ingredients: Hard spirit "Diosanjana", morello cherries and sugar.

HARD SPIRIT "DIOSANJANA" WITH HONEY

Alcohol content: 37% Vol.
Ingredients: Hard spirit "Diosanjana", honey and some coffee grains.

HERB LIQUEUR "DIOSANJANA"

Alcohol content: 26% Vol.
Ingredients: Hard spirit "Diosanjana", local mountain tea, sugar and spices.
